Plot Bunny: The Pact

Duo and Trowa make a pact to confess their feelings for their crushes. Trowa works construction near Duo's scrapyard. They meet for drinks after work Friday nights. One night Duo makes a joke about Trowa not having the balls to do anything about Quatre. As much as Duo likes Trowa he think s Quarte is above his stature. Trowa makes a pact with him that if Duo goes to Heero's office in Preventers, Trowa will go to Quatre's office at WEI and confess their feelings. Duo feels obligated to agree, he thinks maybe Trowa can get on with his life if he can let go of his obsession with Quatre. Even though he knows that his chances with Heero are less than zero. They agree Monday before the end of the work day.

Almost a Status Update

Yeah, not getting anything done.  I've been battling a migraine headache for a week.  I've been having to make up time at work that I've missed.  And I may be a bit stressed that my mother-in-law is coming to stay for a week.  She lives far away and only comes to visit every other year, but it is always stressful.  I love her and she is very sweet, but she doesn't understand that I have a job, she thinks I should be home cooking and cleaning all day.  Thankfully she has never made an issue of us having more kids, I would cry my eyes out.  Since she barely speaks english, my husband may not tell me if she is giving him a hard time.  I think we are both a little stressed about the upcoming visit. 

Status

Now that I'm finished with 'Rumors' I can start editing 'Stalking Duo'.  This story is going to eat up my life. It is a bit more serious then my other two, well serious for me.  So I have to be more diligent in my editing.  I still won't claim to be a great writer, though.

I'm also continuing to write 'Warrior Heart'

Plot Bunny: Kissing Lessons

Heero in his late twenties reminises about his first love, the boy who taught him how to kiss.  He recounts their time together as teens then runs into Duo again as an adult.  They reconnect.

This would be a one shot or maybe two parter.  I have a complete outline, but it is definitely a short story.

I started writing 'Warrior Heart' going slow, can't watch the Celtics and write...(My boys lost, I'm gonna cry)  Maybe I'll get more work done on it this weekend.  Ugh it is only Wednesday...

Read the Host

by Stephenie Meyer, what a great book.  I think I cried the entire time I read it.  Not only was it a great love story, but the motherly love she showed for her brother was very powerful as well.  I can understand that emotion, my husband is always telling me I'm going to fall apart the older our daughter gets.  He's probably right.

Rumors 2 Posted

I posted Rumors part 2 on fanfiction.net and 1x2ml.  

I had to step away from the story for a couple days when I lost part of it.  I kept hating what I wrote.  When I came back to look at it today, I liked the story again.  It is all written out, I just need to do a final edit of part 3 then it is all done.  I feel bad that it is so short, but that is the way it came out.  I'll try harder to post the last part faster to try to make up.

Plot Bunny: Warrior Heart

I have a GW/Wild Rock fusion planned out.  I was reading Wild Rock the other day, and it just sort of came to me.  Not exactly the same plot, but similar.  

Lost work

I'm really bummed today, I lost all my edits to Rumors part 2. I don't really understand how it happened, I'm extremely meticulous about saving and keeping backups, but somehow everything I edited in part 2 and a whole new scene are just gone.

It's really difficult to recreate, because I only half remember what the scene was about, that's almost worse.  So sad :(
